Bunnings Visit

A special day for The Channon Public School was the construction of our new fruit and vegetable garden made possible by the much appreciated donations from Bunnings Lismore. Students participated in the construction of the garden beds and the planting of the produce which will be used to make fresh and healthy meals in our canteen.

Book Week

At The Channon Public School, Book Week is a much-loved annual event that celebrates a love of reading and storytelling. During the week, students participate in engaging activities such as book-themed dress-ups, library visits, and creative writing activiites. This celebration encourages imagination, literacy, and a passion for books, bringing our school community together in a fun and inspiring way that sparks a lifelong love of learning.

Harmony Day

Harmony Day at The Channon Public School is a special celebration of diversity, inclusion, and respect. Our students, staff, and community come together to honour different cultures through activities, performances, and shared stories. This day promotes understanding and belonging, helping every student feel valued and connected. Harmony Day reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone’s unique background is celebrated.
